Return Policy:

Please note during the COVID 19 Lockdown you may experience a delay in your return being processed.

 

Full Price Items:

USA Stores is happy for you to return any item you purchase from our site within 14 calendar days of receiving it. We will refund your payment within 3-6 working days of receiving your item, however your bank may take additional time to process the refund which we have no control over. Refunds will only be refunded to the original payment method.

Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any fragrance such as after-shave, deodorant or not in a smoke scented environment that may leave a scent or mark on the clothing item. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if goods are not returned in a saleable condition.

HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

- If you have purchased from our online site you can make a return via An Post or through a parcel or courier service. Please contact us via email in order to receive a return form which must be included with the item being returned, regardless of the reason of return.

- Return forms must be filled out and order number noted.
